Troubleshooting Notes:
1. If you are using Windows Vista, you may at times get a “Critical Error” warning when making changes to your trading platform. Not to worry… simply restart your broker’s trading platform program and all should be well.
2. If you do not get a connection to our trading servers, make sure all variable setting values are correct. Also, if you are trying to set-up the EA during non-trading hours you will not get any feedback on your screen that the EA is working because it needs a “tick” change in the market to initiate the EA.
